Publishing & Creative

We run your book launch like a boutique press.

Manuscript through launch week, one accountable partner. Built for authors who want the rigor of a traditional publisher and the control of going indie.

The Problem We Solve

There is a fourth option.

Self-publishing hands you every decision and every risk. Hybrid publishers take 40 percent and a timeline you do not control. A traditional deal, if you can get one, can take two years to turn a manuscript into a printed book.

We run your launch like a boutique press, with a documented process, a real team, and you keeping your rights.

What We Do

Four service pillars. One accountable partner.

Editorial Management

Developmental edit, sensitivity read, copy edit, proofread. We hire and coordinate the team, track revisions, and own the manuscript schedule until files are print-ready.

Design & Production

Cover design, interior typesetting, ebook formatting, and illustration if your book needs it. All files delivered to IngramSpark and KDP specs. No file rejections, no amateur print issues.

Publicity & Launch

Press kit, media list, podcast outreach, ARC program, trade review submissions, award entries. Built on a documented playbook with timelines tied to your pub date.

Business Setup

ISBNs, LCCN, copyright registration, publishing imprint setup, IngramSpark and KDP accounts. We set up the plumbing so the royalties flow correctly from day one.

How We Work

The 10-phase process.

01

Manuscript & Editorial

Structural edit, sensitivity read, copy edit, fact-check, proofread.

02

Imprint, ISBNs, copyright, LCCN, distributor accounts.

03

Cover Design

Concepts, revisions, thumbnail-tested, print-ready wraparound.

04

Interior Design

Typesetting, chapter openers, front and back matter, ebook conversion.

05

Final Proofread

Fresh eyes on typeset pages before files lock.

06

Printing & Production

Print quotes, proof approval, print run, inventory.

07

Audiobook

Narration, mastering, ACX or Findaway submission.

08

Pre-Launch Marketing

Press kit, media lists, ARCs, pre-order, platform build.

09

Launch Week

Coordinated media drop, launch event, daily monitoring.

10

Post-Launch

Reviews, awards, speaking, reorder decisions, backlist strategy.

Every phase has a documented playbook and a named role owner. We operate from a 250-step master tracker refined through our own publishing work. Ask us to see it.

FAQ

Answers to the questions authors ask first.

Do I keep my rights?

Yes. You publish under your own imprint or ours by agreement. You own the IP. We do not take royalty splits on the underlying work.

How is this different from a hybrid publisher?

Hybrid publishers charge you and take a royalty cut. We operate as a service partner. You pay for work done. You keep your royalties.

Do I need to bring my own manuscript?

Yes. We do not ghostwrite. We start at developmental edit or later. If you need writing help, we can refer you.

What if I only need part of this?

That is what our Publicity and Illustration service pages are for. Most authors take the full package. Some take pieces.

How far in advance should I start?

Five months before your intended launch is the minimum for publicity alone. For full launch management, start as early as final draft stage. Earlier is always better.

Do you guarantee sales or coverage?

No reputable partner does. We guarantee process, effort, and transparent reporting.
