Hosting and ongoing care
Hosting, security, and backups
We manage your domain, hosting, security, backups, and routine software updates. We fix outages or broken forms caused by the website code or hosting we manage.
Regular checks
We check for outages and broken links throughout the year. Each service year includes inquiry form error checks and a website security certificate.
Six-month care review
Every six months, we check business details, search descriptions, and answers to common customer questions for use by search engines and AI tools. At six months, we complete one agreed text or search description improvement and send a written summary.
Two update requests
Each annual request is one consolidated list covering existing text or images on up to two existing pages. Changes to your hours, contact details, or an existing photo are examples.
Your website ownership and handoff
We pay for and manage the technology used for the included service. You review the complete website and send one consolidated list of revisions before approving it for launch.
You own your domain, business data, supplied materials, and website work created specifically for your business. Reusable S&CC frameworks, templates, and tools remain with S&CC.
Standard handoff at no charge
You can request a standard handoff at any time. It includes your client-specific website files, content, transferable assets, domain and DNS information, and account handoff instructions.
Additional migration work
Moving email, setting up another provider's hosting, and rebuilding connections are quoted separately and require your approval.
When you need more
New pages, layout changes, software connections, rebranding, and new features are quoted separately. Each quote describes the work, what we need from you, and ownership. You approve it before work begins.

Existing email
Moving old email, adding users or shared inboxes, and setting up email marketing are add-ons.
Inquiry form fields
Name, email, optional phone number, a message, and one question about the customer's needs. File uploads require an add-on.
More complex websites
Multiple locations, additional languages, online stores, member logins, and forms collecting sensitive or regulated information are scoped separately.
Billing and cancellation
Pay the setup fee or first-year price before work begins. Monthly care billing begins at launch. If you pay annually, your prepaid 12-month care period begins at launch.
Monthly billing
The one-time setup fee is $995, then care is $79.99 per month. Your monthly rate is locked, with no rate increases for as long as you stay on the same plan. There is no minimum term on monthly billing. Cancel before your next renewal and service continues through your paid month. There is no cancellation fee or additional notice month.
Annual payment and renewal
The first year is $1,563.90, including setup and 12 months of care. From year two, annual renewal is $767.90 with no repeat setup fee. That renewal price is locked, with no rate increases for as long as you stay on the same plan. Annual payment purchases a discounted 12-month service period. Stop renewal at any time before your next renewal date; service remains available through your paid year.
Renewal reminder
We send annual customers a reminder 30 days before renewal showing the amount and how to cancel.
An orderly handoff
Contact us to cancel. We confirm your service end date in writing and coordinate the website and email handoff. Additional migration work is quoted separately.
Refunds
Before work starts
We refund your payment, less any specifically approved, nonrecoverable third-party purchases.
During the build
Before build work begins, you approve a written milestone schedule showing the work and setup amount assigned to each milestone. Until you approve it and work begins, the before-work refund policy applies. If you cancel during the build, we retain only the amount earned for completed work and refund the unfinished portion. Before launch, prepaid care is refunded.
After the build is delivered
Once the agreed build is delivered, the setup fee is earned and is not refundable for voluntary cancellation.
Monthly and annual care
There are no partial-month refunds once a monthly service period begins, because service remains available through the paid month. Once an annual service period begins, voluntary cancellation does not produce a partial-year refund; service remains available through the paid year.
When S&CC cannot deliver
If we cannot deliver the agreed service, we refund the unearned portion of the affected payment. These policies do not limit refunds required by law.
Pricing options
Your rate stays locked for as long as you stay on the same plan. Monthly care billing and the prepaid 12-month care period begin at launch. Annual payment covers a full service year; unused months are not refundable for voluntary cancellation.
