How the service works
Choose your plan
Review what is included, choose monthly care or the first-year saving, and pay securely online. Your welcome email takes you straight to a short business questionnaire.
Plan your website
Your answers guide a website plan with page outlines, three article topics, and proposed colors, fonts, and images. We follow up on any missing details.
Review your website
You review the complete website, including its copy and design. You submit one consolidated list of revisions and approve the site before launch.
Launch and ongoing care
We connect your domain and publish the approved site. You submit update requests through a form and confirm changes to your business details at each scheduled review.
Your website ownership
You own your domain, business data, supplied materials, and client-specific website work.
A standard handoff is included at no charge. Moving email, setting up another provider's hosting, or rebuilding connections is quoted separately.
Pricing options
Your rate stays locked for as long as you stay on the same plan. Monthly care billing and the prepaid 12-month care period begin at launch. Annual payment covers a full service year; unused months are not refundable for voluntary cancellation.
