Check the customer journey
We check time zones, confirmations, cancellation messages, and notifications, then test the booking flow before it goes live.
Website add-ons
Let customers choose an appointment, register for an event, or pay through your website. We connect these options to the pages where people need them.

Your inquiry form sends messages to your business mailbox. Booking, registration, and payment options can sit alongside that form for customers who are ready to choose a time or pay.
We connect an agreed scheduling tool, set up the appointment types, and place booking on the relevant website pages.
We check time zones, confirmations, cancellation messages, and notifications, then test the booking flow before it goes live.
Your quote sets the booking and user allowances and any premium features. You complete any required identity check or acceptance of the platform's terms.
An event setup can include an event page, registration, a calendar event, and a confirmation message. Reminders, attendance tracking, and follow-up steps are included when specified in the quote.
Setting up one event is a one-time build. Running events on an ongoing basis is a separate service.
We connect an agreed payment provider, add your products or services, and set up payment links or a checkout. We configure receipts and tax settings using advice you provide from your tax professional, check confirmation and failed-payment messages, and run a test transaction.
The account belongs to your business. You complete its verification, and S&CC has only the access needed to set up and manage the connection. We do not store card numbers.
Processing fees, refunds, chargebacks, taxes, reserves, and the terms you offer customers remain your business's responsibility.
After a call, your written quote sets the booking types, events, or products included, the access we need, review allowance, testing, handover, and ownership. It also states any recurring fee and platform or usage limits.
New booking, registration, and payment features are add-ons, separate from your two annual update requests.
