The work
What we will build or manage, the number of pages, workflows, or connections, the review allowance, and what is outside the scope.
Build on your website
Add pages, connect business tools, or introduce a new feature when you need it. We agree the work and quote it separately before it begins.

Articles published on an agreed schedule after your three launch articles.

Appointment booking, event registration, and payments connected to your website.

Planned email sequences and the customer-record system behind them.

Systems for running your business: content publishing tools, custom applications, business phone lines, and AI call handling.
Each of your two annual update requests covers existing text or images on up to two existing pages. One request is one consolidated list submitted at one time, such as changing your business hours, replacing an image, or updating contact details.
New pages, changes to page layouts, connections to other software, rebranding, and new features are add-ons. Add-ons are separate from your two annual update requests.
Every add-on starts with a call. If you need it for launch, we identify and quote it before work begins. If the need comes up during the service year, we quote it then.
Some add-ons are one-time builds. Others include ongoing work or set allowances for calls, messages, or other use. Larger systems start with a planning conversation and a separate written scope.

The information and account access we need, who handles any required account verification, and any data or legal review needed.
Any recurring fee, included vendor costs and usage allowances, and any account or usage costs you handle separately.
How we check the finished work, what you receive and own, and which ongoing monitoring or management is included.
