It depends on the scope. Project-based work typically runs 4 to 12 weeks. Fractional leadership engagements are ongoing, usually a minimum of 3 months. Advisory retainers are month-to-month. We will scope everything clearly before we start so there are no surprises.
We are remote-first, so geography is not a barrier. We currently serve clients across the United States and are open to international engagements. Time zone alignment is the main consideration for ongoing work.
